Meet Your NIL Coach, Coach Ish!
Aisha Foy is a former award-winning Division 1 basketball player who went from being focused only on basketball to becoming an NCAA Woman of the Year Nominee. As an athlete, Coach Ish decided to use basketball as a platform to create a better future for herself by participating in brand-building activities now called "NIL."
Participating in NIL activities opened up a world of professional opportunities post-graduation, including landing a coaching position as the GA at Southeast Missouri State University (SEMO) and securing the dream job of a lifetime by serving as the Director of Recruiting for the University of Kentucky Wildcats. At Kentucky, Aisha led recruiting initiatives to support the coaching staff in signing an ESPN top-10 recruiting class, 5 McDonald's All-Americans, and a roster that led to an SEC Championship and a #1 WNBA draft selection in 2022.
Coach Ish authored her first book, Success is My Major, outlining the blueprint for success in life and brand building. A basketball coach at heart, Coach Ish spent a season coaching on the EYBL circuit with the program that she played with as a kid, Boo Williams. She served as Director of Girl's Basketball at MADE Hoops, cultivating events and leading recruiting initiatives to help girls maximize their development and exposure.
Coach Ish founded Major NIL Success, a coaching and consulting company that successfully educates and guides athletes, coaches, and parents through NIL and helps high school and athletic departments and teams develop strategies to help their athletes use their sport to build a legacy. Since 2023, Coach Ish has helped her clients secure over $500,000 in NIL deals and is currently pursuing a doctorate in the University of Southern California's Higher Education Leadership program, researching the impact of NIL on the student-athlete experience.
Now, she is YOUR NIL Coach, using a decade of brand-building expertise to help you use your sport to position yourself for Major NIL Success.
